Use microphones, cameras, lights, stands and cables only as instructed. Do not move or re-rig fixed systems without permission. Keep open drinks away from recording and electrical equipment.

Damage, loss or misuse may carry the reasonable documented cost of inspection, repair or replacement. Causes and actual costs are assessed—never an arbitrary penalty.

• Availability is confirmed before payment.
• Accommodation is always subject to availability.
• Occupancy, overnight access and quiet/safety boundaries are confirmed with the booking.
• Cancellation, rescheduling, late arrival and overrun terms are supplied before payment.

• Clients should collect and back up raw files.
• Retention and deletion dates are agreed per project.
• Revision rounds and delivery formats are confirmed in the quote.
• No public raw-media bucket or shared editor passwords.

Project access is isolated and permissioned. Where trusted editors outside the UK may access material, safeguards, confidentiality and retention terms are agreed before work begins.

You keep ownership of your work. Portfolio use requires separate permission.
